Any design task will be initiated with a survey of the available space and existing equipment in place.  However, the following observations come from our extensive experience:

For smaller conference rooms, we can install Plasma/LCD displays which take less space, however, for a room with a larger audience capacity, we would recommend having a projector and screen installed.  Front projection is a common option for use in conference room installations however, whilst it can be mounted using a hidden ceiling mount, the best solution would be to have rear projection as it provides a tidy feel to the room.

Having effective lighting and, more importantly, control of your lighting in your conference room is critical for your presentations.  The ability to see the visuals on screen, observe the speaker and, when appropriate, see around oneself is essential.  Our experienced lighting engineers can create a look and feel suitable for your room and we can install a multi-function control panel to control all of your AV from one place.

Every conference room needs a good sound system, and we can install a full public address system complete with microphones, speakers, amplifiers and mixers.  Having a properly designed and installed PA system will ensure that everyone in the room can hear your presenters clearly.

And with so much equipment, it is important to mount everything on professional racks to keep items safe, secure and convenient for maintenance.
