PRESENTATION AV HIRE PACKAGES

Adding PowerPoint, Keynote or video to your presentation can really help to get your message across. Whether it is for a team meeting, a product launch, an AGM or wedding speech, AV Unit have a series of AV presentation packages available for hire to help you.

Each presentation package comes with everything you need to connect your laptop or DVD player so that your presentation can be seen by everyone and includes microphones and speakers so that you can be heard as well.

We have selected this range of hire packages to help simplify your choice of equipment but remember AV Unit is there to help if you have a specific AV requirement for your presentation. Each of these AV hire packages can be customised to provide exactly what you need, adding or removing AV equipment to support your presentation.

If you are ‘dry hiring’ and collecting from our warehouse in Suffolk we would be very happy to give you a quick lesson on how it is put together and how to make best use of it.  Alternatively we provide a full delivery and setup service to save you the hassle.  For added peace of mind we can even have our experienced audio visual technicians on site for your event to ensure you get the best out of the system and everything runs smoothly.  We are based in Ipswich and deliver throughout Suffolk, Essex, Norfolk, Cambridgeshire and Hertfordshire.

Presenter 1 – Presentation AV Hire Package Screen and PA hire

Perfect for small group meetings and breakout sessions to provide AV presentation support in hotel breakout rooms. This AV package is suitable for audiences up to 50 people and provides a single standalone screen and vocal sound reinforcement and playback from laptop/DVD or MP3 player.

Presenter 2 – Presentation AV Hire Package Plasma Screens and PA hire

If your audience is bigger than 50 people you will need a bigger screen or more screens, see our article  ‘Projector Screen Size. How Big?’ for more guidance on screen sizes. This presentation package provides two screens for the playback of your supporting media and a PA system for vocal sound reinforcement, including a radio microphone and the playback of sound from video or PowerPoint presentations. This package would be ideal for audiences up to 100 people or when you need to present in a room that has obstructions in it like pillars or alcoves.

Presenter 3 – Presentation AV Hire package Projector and PA hire

If you are presenting to audiences between 100 and 150 people then this small group presentation AV package offers a great package solution. Rather than using fixed LED, LCD or plasma screens it makes use a projector and screen to display your visual presentation. Although projectors take some extra time and care to set-up, they can offer much bigger screens for your audience. There is no need to worry about this set-up though. We can talk you through it, or we can offer a full on site set-up service.

Presenter 4 –  Presentation AV Hire package Projector and PA hire

If you are presenting your information to larger groups then this presentation package might be for you. Including a 4500 ansi lumen multimedia projector and a larger specification of PA system hire, this package is suitable for audiences up to 200 people. This AV presentation package includes the gooseneck microphones, radio microphones and connection of sound from laptop and DVD as seen in the other presentation packages.
